Only for Starter and Pro. The Free plan needs no payment details at all — sign up and use it indefinitely. Upgrade later if you outgrow the free limits.
What's the difference between Free and Starter?
Free covers up to 3 workers and 10 shifts per month — perfect for trying things out or running a tiny team. Starter unlocks 15 workers, unlimited shifts, events, and the full pay-tracking workflow.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime via Manage billing in the app, with no penalty. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — Starter is £199/year (saves ~£40 vs monthly) and Pro is £499/year (saves ~£100 vs monthly). Pick the annual option when signing up.
